Just returned from a group tour to Costa Rica - group of 33 women! Sarah did a brilliant job of organizing the tour, booking excursions ahead of time, keeping us informed well ahead of payments being due, information & documents needed etc. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Sarah booked us a VERY last minute get away, she listened to what we were looking for and sent us perfect choices. We booked at 3:30pm on Friday Jan 10th and I had all my travel documents in hand within 20 mins. We left on Sunday the 12th and travel was seamless. We would recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a travel professional who listens and delivers! Booking with Sarah at Barefoot Travel was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. She was easy to get a hold of and always answered us back within minutes with our endless questions. She was able to get my mother-in-law a room that took care of her mobility issues. Sarah arranged a beautiful room and we were delighted to be greeted to a beautiful room with a bottle of wine, a fruit tray and decorations. We were also surprised later on in the trip with some more treats on our anniversary. The hotel was fabulous and I would recommend her service and the hotel to all my friends and family. Sarah and I started planning together back in the summer. My fiance wanted a destination wedding, but we had NO idea where to start. With Sarah's recommendation, we chose the Melia Varadero Cuba. Best decision we made. From beginning to end, Sarah helped us through the process. She was quick answering my questions (and trust me...I asked A LOT) she was fun to talk to and made the planning so stress-free. She even contacted me upon our return congratulating us. You'd think she would just kind of forget about you after all was said and done.....but she hasn't.

Our group (and some) plan on returning back next year it was THAT good! And we're hoping Sarah will help us plan that excursion too.
