Just returned from a group tour to Costa Rica - group of 33 women! Sarah did a brilliant job of organizing the tour, booking excursions ahead of time, keeping us informed well ahead of payments being due, information & documents needed etc. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Sarah takes the time and interest finding out what you are looking for, then works her magic and finds some great options for you. The cruise to Alaska which my family left in her hands to organize as a birthday surprise from them was exactly what I would have booked and she took the time to ensure it was one to remember with the tours she planned for us. She is professional and very honest & up front so I have no hesitation in highly recommending her!!

Sarah is always so patient with our group of friends and our relentless questions; back and forth e-mails, cost comparisons, weather information and changes in dates and other info. Love love loved our ocean view room this year....there are no words but 'the best'.

Booking with Sarah at Barefoot Travel was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. She was easy to get a hold of and always answered us back within minutes with our endless questions. She was able to get my mother-in-law a room that took care of her mobility issues. Sarah arranged a beautiful room and we were delighted to be greeted to a beautiful room with a bottle of wine, a fruit tray and decorations. We were also surprised later on in the trip with some more treats on our anniversary. The hotel was fabulous and I would recommend her service and the hotel to all my friends and family. Working with Sarah was so great! We very last minute decided to switch to a destination wedding, and she was so helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way. You definitely want someone who knows how to book groups and weddings, and Sarah is great with both. She made awesome suggestions for both the wedding resort and our honeymoon week. She answered our millions of questions, and was always available to take a call if needed (even while on her way up to the cottage!!).
