She was easy to get a hold of and always answered us back within minutes with our endless questions. She was able to get my mother-in-law a room that took care of her mobility issues. Sarah arranged a beautiful room and we were delighted to be greeted to a beautiful room with a bottle of wine, a fruit tray and decorations. We were also surprised later on in the trip with some more treats on our anniversary. The hotel was fabulous and I would recommend her service and the hotel to all my friends and family.
